Refund policy
TARP HD accepts eligible return requests made within 30 calendar days of the order’s pickup date.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, an item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from damage, alterations, stains, or signs of installation
- In its original packaging, when applicable
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
TARP HD reserves the right to decline items that do not meet these requirements.
Requesting a Return
All returns require prior authorization.
To request a return, email customerservice@tarphd.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Product being returned
- Reason for the return
- Photographs, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your request is approved, we will provide the return location and instructions.
Do not bring or send products to our business address or pickup warehouse unless you have received written return authorization from TARP HD.
Custom and Special-Order Products
Custom-made, modified, and special-order products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a product is considered custom or special order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order at pickup. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available. We will review the claim and provide instructions for resolving it.
Refunds
Approved returns will be inspected before a refund is issued.
Once approved, the refund will be applied to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
