These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of www.tarphd.com and your purchase of products from Tarp and Repair HD, operating online as TARP HD.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer and sell our products. Purchases made through the website are transactions between the customer and Tarp and Repair HD.
2. Eligibility and Customer Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order through our website.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms of Service.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, colors, photographs, and pricing accurately.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or material differences.
Dimensions and specifications are provided for general product identification. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their intended application before purchasing.
We may modify product descriptions, specifications, availability, or pricing without prior notice.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product availability
- Pricing or product-information errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Payment problems
- Incorrect customer information
- Quantity limitations
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
An order is considered accepted when TARP HD confirms the order and payment has been successfully processed.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Discounts
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout. Customers are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with their purchase unless otherwise required by law.
Promotional pricing, discount codes, and fleet-pricing offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, qualifying products, minimum quantities, expiration dates, and other restrictions.
Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. We reserve the right to correct, cancel, or decline discounts that were applied incorrectly or used in violation of their stated conditions.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will remain available at all times.
7. Warehouse Pickup
TARP HD orders are fulfilled through customer pickup at:

Pickup hours:
Monday through Friday
9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
Orders are generally available for pickup on the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. are generally available after 12:00 p.m. on the next business day.
Pickup schedules may be affected by weekends, holidays, inventory availability, warehouse closures, severe weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should bring their order confirmation and a valid photo ID. If another person is picking up the order, that person must provide the customer’s name and order number and present their own valid photo ID.
Customers should inspect their products at pickup and report any visible damage, incorrect items, or missing quantities as soon as possible.
Ball Warehouse is a third-party pickup facility. It should not be used as a return location unless TARP HD has provided written return authorization.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our published Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
All returns require prior authorization from TARP HD. Products should not be brought or sent to our business address or pickup warehouse without written return instructions.
Custom-made, modified, and special-order products may be final sale as described in our Refund Policy.
9. Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, contact customerservice@tarphd.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been processed, prepared, modified, or made available for pickup.
Custom or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or modification has begun.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website, products, or services:
- For unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
- To violate another person’s rights
- To submit false or misleading information
- To interfere with the website’s security or operation
- To transmit malicious software or harmful code
- To collect information about other users without authorization
- To attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
