Pickup & Fulfillment Policy

TARP HD currently offers warehouse pickup only. Shipping and delivery are not available.

Pickup Hours

Monday–Friday
9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

The warehouse is closed on weekends and may be closed on certain holidays.

Order Availability

Orders are generally available for pickup on the next business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. are generally available after 12:00 p.m. on the next business day.

Pickup availability may be affected by weekends, holidays, inventory availability, warehouse closures, severe weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Pickup Requirements

Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

If another person is picking up the order, they must provide the customer’s name and order number and present their own valid photo ID.

Customers should inspect their order at pickup and report any visible damage, incorrect products, or missing quantities as soon as possible.

Returns

Ball Warehouse is a pickup facility and should not be used for returns unless TARP HD has provided written return authorization.
